Becoming a Confident Systemic Therapist

Our trainings are engaging and dynamic, providing high-quality, small group sessions that prioritize skill practice over passive information delivery.

Let’s beef up your skills when it comes to systemic therapy! This training offers an introduction to practical systemic therapy, empowering participants to seamlessly integrate systemic models into individual and family therapy. We’ll focus on actually using systemic interventions in sessions and case conceptualizations. Instead of just talking about theories, we’ll be putting them into practice. This training will help you weave systemic models and interventions into your therapeutic toolkit with flair and finesse. Join us for a learning adventure that turns theory into practice, making systemic therapy not just a skill but a joyous and vibrant part of your professional journey!

Upon Completion, Participants will be able to:

  • Describe the research based evidence for incorporating systemic approaches into psychotherapeutic work in individual, family, and couples cases.

  • Explain the eight primary concepts that inform systemic therapeutic work.

  • Conceptualize at least one case on their caseload via a systemic model and demonstrate via role play effective use of systemic conceptualization in action.
